Dr. Sarah Willie-LeBretton
President, Smith College

Sarah Willie-LeBreton has served as the 12th president of Smith College since 2023. She earned a B.A. from Haverford College, and an M.A. and Ph.D. from Northwestern University, all in sociology. She taught at Colby and Bard Colleges before being tenured at Swarthmore College, where she spent 26 years, concluding with her appointment as provost and dean of the faculty.

 

 

Jeffrey Alston, EdD
Managing Associate, DSG Global Consulting

Jeffrey has a long history of connecting talent with great opportunities.

Starting as a Senior Associate in September 2021 and now a Managing Associate, Jeffrey has worked on President, Provost, Dean, and various Vice President-level searches at Binghamton University, Butler University, East Stroudsburg University,
Hampton University, Kenyon College, North Carolina A&T State University, Tuskegee University, and Widener University, to name a few.

Before joining DSG | Storbeck, Jeffrey served as Director of University Career Services at East Tennessee State University. He is the former Associate Director of Employer Relations & Internships at SUNY Brockport. Earlier in Jeffrey’s career, he served in different Human Resources roles with Family Dollar Stores and The Baltimore Convention Center.

In his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys all the arts, cultural, entertainment venues, and restaurants the Washington, D.C. area (DMV) offers. He has never found a bookstore that he doesn’t enjoy. As a travel and movie enthusiast, you will often see Jeffrey at local movie theaters.

He is also an active and lifetime brother of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
